• Single-slope Roof (5' x 13') over the back half of deck, with 20’ of walls (instead of railing) under the roof section. Walls have decorative cut-outs & built-in reading nook shelves.

Lower Tree Platform (4' x 5' at 6' deck height; 20 SQ FT) attached to the tree under the Tree Fort, with 13' of rope net railing. Climb the tree to access the Tree Platform, then continue up a short Rung Ladder to access the Tree Fort up through a framed hole in the floor covered with a built-in table (both a fun play feature & a safety barrier).
