Winder Steps: 

• 14 steps with rope net railings built up & around 2 tree trunks in an "S-curve" 

• Final 5' to the upper deck via seamless transition from the Winder Steps to a custom Staircase with rope net railing 

Clubhouse: 

• Clubhouse (6' x 8' x 9' high; 48 SQ FT) on top of the Tree Deck with double-layered, cedar-shingled Gable Roof with porthole window opening on each gable end, board & batten walls, front door with custom screen door, and (7) window openings with shutters and removable screens

Zip Line Ride with Take-Off Tower: 

• 120’ Long heavy-duty tree-to-tree Zipline Ride, includes: galvanized cable, rescue-grade trolley (300 lb weight limit), disc seat with rope, and high quality hardware

• Take-Off Tower (4' x 4' x 10' high at 7' deck height) with picket railings and angled Rung Ladder
