Oblique House: Modern, colorful and playful. Barbara had lots of fun playing with angles on this project. Full of lots of ways up & down, with secret escapes and hidden ladders so kids can spend hours running round and round, obliquely of course!

Oblique House:
5'6" wide x 5'6" long x 10' high 2-story Playhouse attached on top of an 8' wide x 10' long x 7" high base platform, with 5'6" wide x 10' long "L" shaped upper deck at 5'4" deck height, and with 6'6" wide x 11' long x 7" high slanted, waterproof roof with bubble skylight:

• Lower Playhouse with 3 circular openings, 2 triangular openings, 1 large door with Plexiglas & cross bars, and escape hatch with "Emergency Exit" hand-painted sign.

• Upper playhouse with 2 irregular shaped 5' high doors with sliding peepholes, locksets & mailbox, double 3'6" high x 4' wide irregular-shaped Plexiglas doors (one fixed in place and one sliding open to the 7' long open slide), 2 large circular openings, 2 triangular openings, interior built-in shelves & a "One Way" handpainted sign.

• Built-in Rung Ladder providing interior access between floors.

• 2' wide x 5'6" long upper front balcony at 6'4" deck height with stainless steel Firepole

• 2' wide x 8' long upper back deck with hand-woven Rope Net Ladder and 8' long Tunnel Tube attached underneath

• 2'x2' lower entrance deck with stairs up to 2nd level

FANTASTIC irregular-shaped railings with oblique angles, jutting wings and multiple trapezoidal, circular & triangular-shaped openings, some enclosed with Plexiglas.
