The Cape Codder Playhouse is designed to fit into a small area only 4' deep x 6' wide. This design maximizes play space by going upward, with a 2nd level of play on the balcony and a 3rd level of play in the loft under the peaked roof.

The Cape Codder:

• 6' long x 4' wide x 11' high 3-level Playhouse with 1 solid front door with sliding "whogoes-there", doorknocker & mailbox,

• Double-layered cedar shingled, waterproof Gable Roof with 2 porthole windows & Dormer,

• 1 Dutch door under the Dormer

• 1 rear escape door,

• 4 windows with shutters & 1 lattice-style window,

• 2' x 4' x 4'6" high Balcony with 36" high railings, flag pole with 3 flags & inside rung ladder,

• 4' x 4' x 4'6" high triangular Loft area (accessed from Balcony via the upper Dutch door),

• Available in classic color palette: Chalk walls inside & out , Ruby Red door, Periwinkle shudders, Cape Cod Blue trims, Emerald Green balcony, Golden Oak roof.
