This play structure is FREE with the condition that dismantle & removal must be done by a licensed contractor no later than 8/21/26.
The fort was built in 2011 and is in good condition, needing sanding and restaining (or painting) to bring back the luster.
Features are one large deck with clubhouse, a climbing tower, entrance tower, bridge over swings and swinging bridge (see below for full description of fort).
Fort is located in 90210 Los Angeles zip code area and, as noted above, will require a licensed contractor to dismantle and remove. This can be your licensed contactor or us - having built and previosly installed this fort, we can do the dismantle, re-stain, delivery & installation. Contact us for a quote.

With 28’ of custom castle railing in various diagonal siding patterns, with (4) large geometric-shaped plexiglas windows, (2) large and (2) small geometric-shaped openings (no plexiglas) and 1 flagpole
With stainless steel firepole with safety gate
With 6’ wide x 7’ high rock climbing wall
With 2’ wide hand-woven rope net ladder

Closed in with vertical siding
Upper level has “chute” jut-outs on either side of the swinging bridge, round window with fixed plexiglas, irregular geometric-shaped openings (for crazy bar climb), arched door opening (for ship’s ladder).
Lower level has irregular shaped solid door (for angled walking plank) with arched door opening.

Upper level has 54” high trapezoidal-shaped railing with diagonal siding, (2) irregular geometric shaped fixed plexiglas windows and several irregular shaped cut-outs (no plexiglas).
Lower level is closed in with horizontal siding, round openings for windows (no plexiglas), arched door opening (for angled walking plank) and interior step.
With 8’ long angled walking plank between the 2 towers with support bracing below designed to create irregular geometric shapes.
