Only 1 fort available at this sale price - 1st family to purchase with signed agreement and initial payment will become the owner.
3-week lead time need to finalize owner’s colors, and then apply the stain & final clear coat of our tung-oil solution (protects the wood and color).
Delivery & Installation (D&I) additional - price varies based on your location and easy of access to where the fort will be placed. Email for playbargains@barbarabutler.com for a quote. Note: we recommend having us deliver & install because our crew is very skilled and efficient, having pre-assembled your fort in our shop at least once already. However, this fort can be delivered and installed by other. We will provide written installation instructions with pictures for an additional $490.
ADDITIONS: We may be able to accommodate additional play features (e.g. 3’x3’ climing tower at end of bridge) and/or play accessories (e.g. Top Secret Safe inside the playhouse). All additions are at the regular fabrication price - let us know what you are interested in! Note that additions may increase time to deliver/install.

Cost of fort includes the Drop Leaf Table with 2 Drop Seats, shown above. Table and seats will be stained in your color choice.
The above King Fort is the same style as the one for sale, with solid railings on the bridge. This fort has a glider in place of one of the belt swings and hand-over-hand bars attached under the bridge. Neither of these play accessories are included in the purchase price of the fort, but can be added at an additional cost. Contact us for more details and a quote for additional play accessories.
Another example of the fort stained and installed. This fort has an optional climbing tower added to the end of the bridge where the rope net climb is. We can provide a quote for the tower if you’re interested in adding this to the fort. A pulley bucket play accessory is also installed on this fort, this is an additional $790 to the cost of the fort.
