Only 1 fort available at this sale price - 1st family to purchase with signed agreement and initial payment will become the owner.

3-week lead time need to finalize owner’s colors, and then apply the stain & final clear coat of our tung-oil solution (protects the wood and color).

Delivery & Installation (D&I) additional - price varies based on your location and easy of access to where the fort will be placed. Email for playbargains@barbarabutler.com for a quote. Note: we recommend having us deliver & install because our crew is very skilled and efficient, having pre-assembled your fort in our shop at least once already. However, this fort can be delivered and installed by other. We will provide written installation instructions with pictures for an additional $490.

ADDITIONS: We may be able to accommodate additional play features and/or play accessories (e.g. Top Secret Safe inside the playhouse). All additions are at the regular fabrication price - let us know what you are interested in! Note that additions may increase time to deliver/install.

The King Fort is in our shop waiting for your color choices! A turbo tube slide will be installed off the back and a firepole off the adjacent wall.

Once stained, rock holds will be attached to the wall for even more fun.

The 9’ bridge has room for two swing attachments. Two belt swings come with the fort but can be switched out for a baby swing or glider (additional costs may apply).
