Hideaway Fort is a customizable small fort that we’ve made many versions of. The base is a two-story tower with a roofed deck area above a first-floor playhouse.

In this version, a rope net climb and a twisty slide offer access to the second story.

The shape of this slide means that it takes up less space, allowing Hideaway Fort to be tucked into cozy spaces.

The dutch door opens in two parts, which delights young children. In addition, a who-goes-there peephole and a mail slot lend themselves to a range of imaginative games.

Inside, a fold-down table and wall-mounted chalkboard stand at the ready for kids to play school, restaurant, or mad scientist.

For this Hideaway Fort, hand-carved and hand-painted kitties blank the door.

This Hideaway Fort has several additional play features, including a spiral pole climb and space for a variety of swings.

By changing up the color palette and the choice of accessories, the Hideaway Fort can be customized to the shape and size of any yard. Here, the family opted for a straight slide, an unroofed second story, and a rock climbing feature on the side of the fort.
