After last week’s Magical Bridge Grand Opening, we were pleased to see so many glowing reviews of the project! Here are some of the highlights:

You can check out Silicon Valley Toddler’s review here. Or head to Mommy Nearest for their review. The Mighty has a lovely piece here. Palo Alto Weekly has an awesome Storify piece on the Grand Opening as well as a fun video and an article.

We’d like to think that Magical Bridge has raised the bar on how engaging and beautiful an inclusive, fully accessible playground can be. These ramps connecting different play areas are both functional and fun.

A playground classic, the hanging bridge is often a barrier to inclusive play. Here, it has been reimagined with a gentler slope that is wheelchair-friendly and integrated into one of the many ramps.

While many of us have fond childhood memories of climbing trees, it’s difficult to get up-close and personal with a tree if you have mobility issues. This tree platform brings kids right up to the rough trunk of a tree where they can daydream under its branches or declare it a superhero’s home base.

Whether your child likes race cars or tea parties, uses a wheelchair or is on foot, this playground is truly for everybody. Come play!
