New Team Members
This summer, BBAB has been fortunate enough to welcome several new team members:
Will is a high school Summer Intern, who returned for his third round interning with us. After three years, he is a seasoned treehouse worker and an integral part of the team, both on site and in the shop. In addition to his ever-growing construction skills, Will also has a keen interest in all aspects of running a design/build business. Furthermore, he brings his talent for creating engaging videos to the job, like this one.
Kevin is a college Summer Intern and part-time employee during the school year who works in the office. His focus is on updating our File Maker Pro contact management system and running the Maintenance and Calendar mailings. These duties fit well with his major in Business Administration, and his enthusiasm for the job is always appreciated. Not to mention, he is the son of our Senior Builder, Jose!
Abby is a periodic member of the BBAB team, pitching in to help when we are on deadline. As a fine art oil painter and ballerina, Abby brings artistic skills and flexibility to any project. Her willingness to jump in as needed is much appreciated.
Cole is a high school Summer Intern who just completed his first summer with us. With his strong interest in construction, he jumped right in and helped with set-ups on site, including attaching a garnier limb to a tree. In addition, he worked on staining at the shop, as shown above.
Link is our newest full-time Assistant Builder. He was previously employed as an apprentice arborist, so he is comfortable working in trees. He even lived in a tree house for a summer! Link is especially enthusiastic about the power of play structures to transform a space and create an emotional impact. Welcome aboard!
